Pilates in Nashville
Pilates is a system of exercise
that develops strength and stability of the core (abdominals, low back,
and other muscles that support the spine). Our seasoned Pilates instructors
will also help to improve your flexibility, balance, muscle tone, and
body awareness. Pilates makes an excellent addition to any fitness program.
Basics and Beyond is proud to offer
the services of Greta Severs and her team. Greta has been committed to
the fitness industry since 1992 as a group instructor, personal trainer,
and a fitness director before becoming a Pilates teacher in Nashville full-time.
The Pilates Workshop offers programs
for all fitness levels: Private and semi-private sessions, small group
mat classes, and specialized classes for both athletic enhancement and
pain management. In addition to the classical Pilates programs, Iyengar
Yoga programs are also available.
