Instead of giving you a strict diet and unrealistic exercise prescriptions (2 hours a day, 6 days a week?!) like all of the other Bootcamps, the BOOST offers a specific system to teach you to make smart nutrition choices and butt-kicking, time-efficient workouts that will work for you for the rest of your life!
