This Boot Camp is not like any other! Instead of giving you a strict diet and unrealistic exercise prescriptions (2 hours a day, 6 days a week?!) like all of the other Bootcamps, the BOOST offers a specific system to teach you to make smart nutrition choices and butt-kicking, time-efficient workouts that will work for you for the rest of your life!

Led by veteran personal trainers Lara BenEzra and Anthony Perkins, you will be worked and pushed harder than ever before. You will find within you strength that will BOOST you to a new level of health!

All classes take place in Nashville. All participants receive:

  • Small group workouts (6 maximum) led by two top notch personal trainers
