The 555 Boot Camp Nashville is geared toward weight loss and time-efficient workouts, in a system that teaches you how to make smart nutrition choices that will work for the rest of your life!

Led by veteran personal trainer Sarah-Jane Hill,
you will be rocketed to a new level of fitness and health!

Exercise, Nutrition, and Education to give you the accountability and support to help you to reach goals that you never thought you could attain!

Here's what the 555 Bootcamp is all about:

  • 5 weeks.
  • 5 participants -- you get lots of personal attention that you can't get in larger groups!
  • 5 classes each week, led by a top-notch, veteran personal trainer.
  • $555 per person.

All classes take place in Nashville.
CLASS SCHEDULE:

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays,
and Saturdays at 7:00 am.
